Brian Creen

Brian Creen was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 3 February 1976 after completion of the Solicitors Board of Queensland examinations.

Brian was a founding partner when Crosby Brosnan & Creen opened its doors in August 1977. Brian continues to conduct a general practice in Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Leasing, Civil Litigation (including complex commercial and building disputes). From these areas Brian has obtained significant knowledge to allow him to provide small business operators with practical legal and business advice.

Having spent almost his entire life residing and working in Townsville Brian is well aware of the need for your Lawyer to have local knowledge when dealing in the local and wider commercial fields.
