Noel Brosnan

Noel Brosnan was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 14 March 1972 after completion of an Arts/Law degree from Queensland University.

Noel moved to Townsville in 1976 to establish the firm of J.F. Crosby & Co. which became Crosby Brosnan & Creen in 1977. Noel has developed a wide ranging practise in Conveyancing, Commercial Leasing, Trusts and Estate Planning and Administration. From these areas he has developed a special interest in Rural Conveyancing and other rural issues.

Noel has completed training that has allowed him to use his wide commercial knowledge in the role of an approved mediator since 1999.

Noel has a strong interest in country racing and has been the secretary of the Ewan Amateur Turf Club since 1982. In 2005 Noel was elected to the Queensland Country Racing Committee for a 2 year term representing the Leichhardt region.
