ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

We at Crosby Brosnan & Creen pride ourselves on being able to efficiently and cost effectively administer deceased Estates. We are able to attend to all of the details such as:-

• Advising relevant Government Departments of death;
• Collecting in all assets ;
• Providing guidance and advice as to the executors proper role and obligations when managing an Estate for the benefit of the deceased's children;
• Obtaining probate of a Will to allow transfer of property (if necessary);
• Seeking details of all debts/liabilities; and
• Advising as to legal obligations of the Estate towards debts.

We can provide you with advice as to whether a Will can be challenged and can conduct litigation to challenge such a Will or to defend such a challenge if you feel that you have not been adequately provided for in a will.
