FIRM PROFILE

Crosby Brosnan & Creen ("CBC") is a Townsville based law firm founded in 1976.

To enable it to provide the highest standards of advice and service to its clients the firm has become a boutique firm, specialising in the areas of commercial, property (both urban and rural), conveyancing, wills and deceased estates. The firm does not practice in the areas of family law, crime or litigation.

Following the recent retirement of Brian Creen, the firm now consists of solicitors Noel Brosnan and new owner Michael Clive.

We at CBC are committed to providing a personal service to our clients, where the values of excellence, integrity and responsiveness are foremost in our minds. The cornerstone to this commitment is that, unlike at other larger firms where instructions are delegated to junior members of staff, client's matters at CBC are handled or directly supervised by Noel or Michael, both senior, experienced lawyers.

We appreciate that for many of our clients their geographic location makes it difficult to access legal services. To assist our country and interstate clients we have modern technology that enables us to communicate via telephones, fax and email wherever possible to avoid the inconvenience of having to travel significant distances to attend our office in person.

We have been providing legal services to our clients since 1976 and today act for many small and large businesses and for private individuals throughout Townsville and North Western Queensland.
